The website and portal are for booking your appointments and following your medical file. They may not be used for any other purpose.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password secret. If you think someone has accessed your account, change your password and tell us straight away.
Bookings and appointments
Your appointment is confirmed once you receive the confirmation message. You may be seen a little later depending on the cases at the clinic, and we try to let you know about any long delay.
The website is not for emergencies
In an emergency, go to the nearest hospitalBookings and messages on the website are not monitored in real time.
Medical content
The articles and advice on the website are for general awareness, and are not a substitute for an examination or for the doctor's advice on your case.
Packages
Each package's contents and validity are shown before you subscribe. Packages are personal and can't be transferred to anyone else.
Changes to these terms
If the terms change we'll let you know, and the “Last updated” date above will change.
Cancellation & refund policy
Changing or cancelling an appointment
From “My appointments” in your portal, at least period to be confirmed before the appointment. Changes within that window are free.
If you can't make it
If the appointment passes without a cancellation: policy to be confirmed
Refunds
The amount is returned to the same payment method within period to be confirmed, and you get a message as soon as the refund is made.
Package appointments
If you cancel an appointment booked from your package credit: to be confirmed. Refunding the package itself: To be confirmed
If the clinic cancels
We'll tell you straight away, and you can choose another time that suits you or get a full refund.
